You have 5 days to make any claim if your product has been damaged or missing. You must provide your order number and state your claim, either DAMAGED or MISSING.
To be eligible for a replacement, email us a picture of the damaged item(s). You must show the condition of the shipping box, so please keep your packaging. Failure to prove the packaged box will allow us to make your claim invalid. Once we acknowledge that your purchase meets our criteria for a replacement, we will ship you the same order of the missing/damages items at no cost. Please send your photos and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of your issue and we will follow up with you within 1-2 business days.
If you received items in error. Please let us know and we will ship the correct items with no additional fees.

- For safety and sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns on personal care items.
To complete your request, we require an order number for proof of purchase.
