At SMI Beauty & Bath Company, we create everything with "YOU" in mind. Originally created to clear your aura with a spiritual bath, we now offer a range of bath and home products for you to enjoy.

If the product is available, we will ship your item on the same or next day. If the product is not available, please allow 3-5 business days to fulfill your order. 

Our products are made in small batches. Most times, items are made to order.

For Body Butters, orders are shipped between Monday – Wednesday with an icepack. If your item arrives melted, you can place your body butter in the refrigerator to harden and use. When checking out, please ensure your billing address is correct and it matches the address you have on file with your credit card company.

All of our products are vegan! The intensive body butter formula and lip balm comes in non-vegan formulas. Find the label on each product to know if the product is vegan or not. The non-vegan formulas are made with beeswax.

We do not accept returns on any bath and discounted items. All sales are final.

In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit. Please report to us immediately. Do not throw your packaging away if your product is damaged. Please take a photo of your box and the item that was damaged and we will send you a new shipment at no additional cost. Email your order number and photos to sales@smibeautyandbath.com

If you are missing an item from your order or was sent the wrong one, please email us at sales@smibeautyandbath.com and let us know what was missing. We do quality assurance before sending our products and ensure that we take pride in our packaging. We understand mistakes can happen, let us know!

It is recommended that you purchase insurance on your item. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements on stolen goods. If you have purchased insurance, then please contact the post office to file a claim. Thank you.
